Return & Refund Policy
SparkPlugAuto.com strives to provide you with the most effective products and a superior overall experience. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order. You may return products within 30 days of receipt of your order:
- Products are in their original packaging
- Products are not used, installed, or disassembled
- Products are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- Products are not missing parts, hardware or instructions
Once we have received your return, we will conduct an inspection and verified that your return meets the above guidelines. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only if the return is a result of our mistake. Items incorrectly shipped to SparkPlugAuto Warehouse will not be returned. Items not purchased from SparkPlugAuto Warehouse will not be accepted.
We will issue a full refund for returned products if your return meets all the above requirements. The cost of return shipping will be credited only in those instances where the mistake was made by us.
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please contact us via email or phone so that we can resolve the issue right away.
SparkPlugAuto.com will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website. We are not responsible for any installation errors and mistakes, towing expenses, labor expenses, any additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
SparkPlugAuto Warehouse guarantees all products sold. If you have received a defective product and wish to return it, please visit our returns form for additional information.

- All returned products must be received within 30 days of the order’s original shipping date located in the purchase receipt.
- We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
- Please clearly mark all packages with the RMA number. Packages without an RMA number will not be processed.
- Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
- Returns sent after 30 days will be issued store credit.
- Customer is responsible for return S&H unless specified
